Chicken Cordon Bleu
Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breasts (Butterfly cut)
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 tsp Powder Garlic
1/2 tsp Onion flakes
1 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Oregano
4 Slices of Ham Lunch meat
4 Slice of Swiss Cheese


Directions
Preheat the oven to 200 C. You wrap the cheese inside of the ham and place it in the middle of the Chicken. Wrap the chicken around and secure with a toothpick. Roll the chicken in the Bread crumbs until it is evenly coated. Place the chicken in a glass baking dish cover with foil and Bake for 45 min-1 hour. Remove the toothpicks before eating otherwise OUCH!

Orzo Rice Pilaf
Ingredients
1/4 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Orzo
2 Cups Water
1/2 Cup Rice
1 1/2 Cubes Chicken flavor bouillon

Directions
In a sauce pan, melt butter. Add orzo, cook until golden. Stir in water, rice, bouillon and boil 5 min. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 30 min. or until rice is tender.

This was another GREAT dinner by my wonderful wife. You can choose whatever side of vegetable you want. We chose Broccoli. This dinner was delicious and Amazing!
